Types of cross-references

There are 4 types of cross-references (note connections), 2 of them are only required for pen-and-paper method.

1. Topic overview notes. Helps to organize large topic, accessible from index page, refer to the specific notes.
2. [Pen-and-paper] Original line of thoughts. Since we add notes in between, we want to still be able to see the original line of thoughts.
3. [Pen-and-paper] Links to the follow-ups and a parent notes.
4. Note-to-note links. Help to link notes from the different parts of inbox.
