Prefer warm call over cold calls

Warm calls work much better. Call a person to talk about your project/idea. Never do cold calls.
Warm call rules:

1. Draft a reference.
2. State the value.
3. Talk a little, say a lot. Make it quick and convenient.
4. Offer a compromise.
