If your company has high-density you don't need to control your employees' jobs. You can provide them all the context you have and let them do their job. Leading with context increases the freedom level.
You should ask yourself if your goal is error-preventing or innovations. First – control, second – context.
You have to be well aligned with your employees. If you don't give them enough context it's your fault.
