Seek Diverse Perspectives to Separate Fact from Perception

The meaning of any significant event is radically changed depending on the perspective from which you view it. What is an earthquake for one group can be a non-event for another.

Effective leaders and decision-makers learn to actively seek out and understand these diverse perspectives. By looking at the world through multiple, different prisms, you can begin to separate objective facts from subjective perceptions.
