Hard things are, by their nature, unique. They involve a complex interplay of people, market conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Attempting to apply a generic formula to such a situation is not only ineffective but can be dangerous.
Why Formulas Fail:

Instead of searching for a non-existent formula, effective leaders rely on a combination of experience, judgment, and a deep understanding of the specific context. The goal is not to find a recipe, but to cultivate the wisdom to navigate situations that have no recipe.
