Morning larks and Night owls
There are 2 types of people:
- Morning larks – wake up early, go to bed early.
- Night owls – wake up late, go to bed late.
Morning larks is about 40% of population, 30% is the second type. Other 30% is evening type.
This types are not a problem and not something we can change, it is written in DNA. Long time ago it was used to reduce the time when all people sleep and no-one secures the group.
